The three values behind every line we draw

A concept is only useful if you can read it. Every storage unit, walkway and finish on our plans carries the same three annotations, so the trade-offs are visible before anything is ordered.

    Storage +4.2 m²

    Closed storage volume, measured in square metres and compared to your household requirement before we talk about finishes. If the number falls short, the layout changes.

    Clearance 90 cm

    The walking and door-swing space left beside each piece of furniture, marked in centimetres, so a generous wardrobe never quietly closes a corridor.

    Cost band B

    Indicative renovation cost per square metre in UAH, from band A to band D. The band sits next to the drawing, not after it, so the budget stays part of the design.

Four budget bands, written onto the plan

Each room in the dossier carries a cost band label. You see the layout and the money it asks for on the same sheet, before anything is ordered.

Refresh

12,000 – 18,000 UAH/m²

Finishes, paint, lighting swaps and repairs. No walls move, storage stays as built.

B

Standard

18,000 – 27,000 UAH/m²

Partial replan, new kitchen and bathroom, closed storage built out to the household requirement.

C

Comfort

27,000 – 38,000 UAH/m²

Full replan with engineered joinery, ventilation and electrical rework, room-by-room clearances checked.

D

Signature

38,000 – 55,000 UAH/m²

Structural change, bespoke joinery and natural stone, with site supervision through the build.

All ranges are indicative and cover construction and finishing work only. They exclude the design fee, which starts from 900 UAH/m², estimated, and exclude furniture, appliances and any hidden works found once walls are opened.

Packages by area and finish level

Each row pairs a home size with a finish level and an indicative renovation band. The design fee is quoted from a rate per square metre, estimated for your plan, and stays separate from construction cost. Storage volume and clearances are annotated before finishes are chosen.
